Job Description:

As an enthusiastic Digital Graphic Designer in a large, you will contribute to the creative departments through designing digital marketing materials such as website, social media as well as other brand assets. You are talented and creative with passion for digital media and ability to bring fresh new ideas for executing designs as well as enhancing existing assets to improve the overall digital identity of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- The specific details of a senior digital designer’s role do vary, but common activities include:

- Designing original pieces with keeping our digital guidelines in mind, including illustrations and infographics.

- Forging and executing exciting digital ideas.

- Reviewing and providing support for junior designer’s work to ensure good quality.

- Staying up to date with industry trends, developments and tools.

- Refining images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.

- Applying typography techniques.

- Maintaining brand consistency throughout all of our projects.

- Liaising with digital and design team to drive up standards of digital creativity

Ideal candidates:

- The ideal candidate will create digital marketing material from concept and illustration, to the finished designs, thus it is very important that he/she is creative in conceptualizing a project as well as overseeing all web design projects until delivery.

- We are looking for creative thinkers with education and experience in graphic design.

- Creative thinkers with bachelor/master degree having 3-5 years’ experience in digital and graphic design.

- In-depth understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies with good knowledge about InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, (Dreamweaver), PPT, animation tools.

- Basic knowledge of UX

- Good understanding of interface standards, usability, accessibility and interactivity. Strong visual design aesthetics (typography, composition, color, layout)

- Knowledge of and an interest in keeping on top of industry trend and pushing for continuous improvement

- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships.

- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, and manage a queue of requests.

- Fluent English.
