Reporting to: MIS Manager
Base: Hanoi-Brewery

Position Summary:
Supporting on company infrastructure, office software and relating software system
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Support Infrastructure
- Support MIS daily activities such as support end-users on computer, printer, network issues, antivirus & security patching.
- Software support
- Support end-users on office software and application issues such as email, internet, work, excel, power point,…
- HGWm2 deployment
- New machine deploy and redeploy broken machine with HGWm2 packages.
- Other tasks
- Monitor and attend to all issues related to other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology and/or computer science.
- At least 2 years experience of computer, printer, networking and office software support.
- Knowledge of antivirus and security patching.
- Knowledge of network and operating system.
- Should have knowledge or experiences of Computer programming or software development environment: MS Access, MS SQL, NET, XML, JAVA, Crystal Report, File Maker.
- Inter-company communication with all business departments.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication, dynamic and team work manner.
- Responsibility thinking & working.
- Good in English ( Speaking and writing) skill.
