- You need to have 3-5+ years of experience doing web/app design, not graphic design.
- You will design a lot of websites, mobile apps, and application front-end for U.S. clients.
- You will do research on best designs for each specific projects, and offer best UI/UX practices to make the design interact well with users.
- You will work in a very demanding environment. The designs must be at highest level of standard, not only aesthetically beautiful, but also user-friendly (great UI/UX) and looks nicely on mobile.
- You must have strong passion to create the best designs possible, and will not stop until you have created something amazing. This is the single most important requirement for this job.

- Your design style need to be U.S. design style, clear, simple, elegant, impressive.
- Be sophisticated and pay attention to design details.
- You need to understand mobile design effects and responsive designs.
- You need to know understand UI/UX and how to create a designs that best interact with users and deliver great user experience.
- Good listening, open-minded, and willing to improve to make better design.
- Good communication skills to communicate design details with other teammates.
- Understand branding and marketing and know how to design online advertising materials is a plus.
